Bianca is the newest attorney to join the Law Offices of Johnson and Johnson. She came to the firm in October 2023. She is passionate about representing parents’ rights in juvenile court and strongly believes in fighting to keep families together.
Bianca received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Grinnell College. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Law, 2022, where she received the Faculty Award for the top grade in Criminal Procedure. She graduated from law school with Pro Bono High Honors, marking over 200 hours of pro bono work.
After law school, Bianca joined the Federal Public Defender’s Office in the Northern District of California as an Assistant Federal Public Defender. At the Federal Public Defender’s Office, she gained a reputation for winning contentious detention hearings. She takes great pleasure in zealously defending clients in court against the full force of the government, no matter how slim the odds may seem.
Bianca is a graduate of the highly selective Deryl Dantzler Trial Practice Institute, 2023, where she refined her trial advocacy skills. She is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Contra Costa Bar Association.
