Erika Heredia is the newest member to join the Law Office of Johnson and Johnson, and came to the firm during late 2022 as a Legal Administrative Assistant. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and has extensive experience serving the community with diverse backgrounds and cultures. Erika Heredia graduated with a degree in Paralegal Studies and Sociology, and also received an ABA approved Paralegal Certification from DeAnza College. Always eager to learn, she is also an active member of NALA Paralegal Association which allows for advancement in the legal field as well as providing significant resources.
Erika comes from a background of immigrant parents that have allowed her to witness first-hand the inequalities, limited resources and social injustices which are prominent in these communities. Due to this, she is focused on helping those in need to reach fair outcomes.
Erika also plans to further her education in the future in the legal field.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys listening to music, reading, and traveling (especially to beachside locations). She also loves spending time with her husband, family and friends; as well her four Doberman pinchers.
